They were able to accomodate a last-minute booking on a busy day. The staff running the car return was friendly and accommodating, especially when I had to return and ask about an item I had forgotten in my rental car. Pros:It was easy to get the car, the car was perfect, I had a great experience with the overall renting. Easy to get there from the airport, & excellent service at the counter.Cons:It was a bit too expensive. I was shocked to learn insurance through Alamo would be $30 / day, when I could have gotten it for $12 / day through Kayak.
