Pros:
The staff called and left a message to inform me the day of pick up that there were no vehicles to rent. I called back and they informed me that Avis did not drop off any cars for them. I appreciated the call but was not impressed with Avis at all.Cons:

this was my second time at this Roswell location that they did not have my rental vehicle avaliable; had to go to another location15 miles away for pickup; the 2nd location was very good and helpful.......but very inconvenient and a drag on our day of travel to have to take an extra 1.5 hours and another location to get our rental2.8 Poor
