I rented a small car but has to take an SUV which I did not want. I was doing a lot of travel for business and the cost of gas was higher due to this.2.8 Poor

We were almost stranded at Moncton airport on Christmas eve due to misinformation regarding our rental that left us scrambling to figure out a solution. On top of that, after all was said and done the rental ended up costing over $300 for how long we had it (52hrs total). A huge headache all around8.4 Very good
