We enjoyed staying here! Many people remember when it was Red Lion! Hotel Lulu is all reimagined and it has a fun mural I. The lobby to document your trip. Staff was excellent about holding bags while we were at the Disney Parks. I’m walking distance from the park and close to Walgreens for any emergency runs. We enjoyed our visit and love snapping some pictures in the courtyard.

Pros (+) For the price, this hotel was amazing. It was about half the price of all nearby competitors, and was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and we had no complaints. The building was a bit outdated and not as clean as something a bit newer, but again, you can't beat it for the price.

Pros (+) Added another night to my 2 night stay online andnthey made me check out and in and also pay 2 deposits thats 100.00 =200.00 deposit you will not get back. each to be told I would get my money back or pay 40.00 deposit a day on a 3 day stay if paid with card. Pros (+) Jennifer at the front desk was amazing and accommodated all my special requests. She was very professional and friendly. Also, the bartender was amazing and made our drinks with fresh ingredients. The hotel is close to Disneyland, which is nice after a long day.
Cons (-) Where to start!! The rooms are dingy and old. There is dust in every corner of the room. The bathtub had mold around it and the water was hard, which dried my hair and skin. The room was not vacuumed through our full stay. However, the housekeeping staff was so nice.

Pros (+) The Red Lion had all the facilities we needed and then some. Our only complaint was with room cleanup and the lack of supply restocking, such as coffee, sugar, etc. and the general straightening of the room. They didn't remake my bed.
