Pros:For the economy price, I was impressed at the cleanliness of the place. The photographs of the Austin inspired musicians on the walls really brought character to the place. The guest books highlighting what one could do in Austin really made me feel as if I was in Austin and interacting with it. The bar and restaurant were nice to have in the hotel when I did not feel like venturing too far. The employees were always friendly and helpful.
Cons:The cleaning service was somewhat sporadic. During the day the halls would sometimes be clogged with cleaning people. I couldn't anticipate when a cleaner would tidy up my room because it did not happen at the same time every day.
Pros:Road noise terrible! Rate way too high for conditions at this hotel. Wyndham should not have their name on this hotel. Bed was very comfortable, shower was good. Staff accommodating. But would never stay there again.
Cons:A bottle of champagne or wine a lil more romantic vibe would've been great especially since we're from out of town celebrating New Years Eve

Cons:The facilities are under construction that results in an annoyance and hit and miss with rooms and floors.

Pros:This has been one the best pet friendly hotels I've stayed at so far. Our room had a shared yard for the pups which we really enjoyed during potty time.
Cons:A/C was a bit noisy
Pros:I liked the decor of the hotel: pictures of musicians and even autographed guitars. The room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. I slept well. The free shuttle to the airport was a pleasant surprise and I used it. The driver was friendly and I enjoyed conversing with him.
Cons:I was very disappointed in the customer service when I accidentally left my cell phone charger in the room when I checked out. I started calling the day I checked out (Friday) and also called on Saturday and Sunday and finally got word on Monday that my charger was not found, even though I reported on the exact location of the unit!
