I rented a mercedes benz or similar and was given a Jeep Renegade. Charged the same price. The renegade costs $60 a day less on the booking website. I was told the Avis has no luxury cars because of theft in Puglia. Then why do you have it available as an option to rent a Mercedes? Also Sandro at the counter was very rude. Can someone contact me to discuss the charges? I will not be using Avis again.Reviewed 21 Sep 2025
