Pros:Good city location and the staff was friendly and helpful. They changed the drop off fee to 150 Euros and took off the GPS charge. They tried to make the rental right but they could not do anything about the "upgraded car" and agreed that the VW Golf was not an SUV category.Cons:They were fine it was the left over dissatisfaction with Avis in Prague.Reviewed 31 Oct. 2017
