Unable to accommodate minor change in travel plansPros:Absolutely nothingCons:My flight was delayed, so I had to pick up the car at 10PM instead of noon, or even noon the following day (I had agreed to pay the full price). I tried to call the local Avis for three hours the day before to clarify my reservation. Nobody at the local office answered. I called literally 50 times. Nobody at the national office could help. The next morning (still before arriving in the city of the rental) I tried calling again. Finally after 2 hours and 30 attempts the manager finally answered and couldn't help me at all. She had no suggestions and kept saying "it is what it is." This was the worst rental experience of my life. I will never rent from Avis again.Reviewed 24 Jul. 2016
