10.0 Wonderful
Checking stuff we're very friendly professional and new their job, room was very nice, the breakfast was more extensive than the other hotels I've stayed at, maid staff was very professional and helpful when I asked them questions. The location of the top of the bluff overlooking the city was very pleasant the only thing I might suggest is they cut back the trees so you can see the view. The fall leaves were in full color so that was a pleasant surprise.

Pros:The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything we would need for our stay.
Cons:There were spots and crumbles on the desk and both phones were seriously dusty and not clean. Ended up wiping furniture on my own as I didn’t trust the housekeeping. Though the bathroom, shower and the vanity area were sparkling clean.

Pros:Clean room. Great for having friends over. The bar was great to start and end at. Thanks for the fresh margaritas.

Pros:Location was amazing! Size of room was great and super clean. Beds were big and comfortable. Loved the blankets! Heat and AC worked great. I loved te style of hotel and pool/spa area with deck right outside. Elevators were great for the three stories. Staff was awesome. There was a system glitch when I booked online and staff was helpful and kind and got me set up right away. We were able to go to room early at 1 PM which was great after lots of driving. Wish we stayed there all three nights. I definitely recommend. :)

Cons:Pillows way to soft. No maps or information in the room. No phone book. Refrigerator not cold and no way to turn it down. No local info in the lobby.

Pros:Bed was comfortable
Cons:Breakfast was $10, most other places include it, especially places this expensive. And the wifi was awful. Wouldn't stay connected for more than a few minutes. I could hear other guests' voices and footsteps.
