I booked through Kayak and upon arrival at my destination they informed me they didn't accept the payment type I carry. “If you had booked through our website you would have known that.” I was really frustrated and thankful another company had me covered and even price-matched so I wasn't bent over a barrel due to the situation.Reviewed 29 Apr. 2024

Best car rental companyPros:Quick and easy to understand instructions for rentals. Very informative. Beth showed us the car we would be using, so that we wouldn’t get confused and she also offered the best choice for us, since there are some age restrictions.
