The only issue was I wasn't aware that there wouldn't be anyone at the counter at drop-off. I was lost as far as the return process and an airport security guard had to assist me. This rental saved us when we missed our flight and needed a quick affordable way home. Budget saved the day! No complaints!Reviewed 10 Nov. 2023
