Agent 50 minutes late for pickup. On drop off I asked to move time later on my 2 day rental. Budget wanted to double the cost of the rental even though it would not have added an additional day and my overall rental period was still less than 48 hours. We rushed to get back before they closed only to find no one there again so we left keys in a drop box (which the phone agent had told us was not possible). Agent was pleasant and pickup very fast/efficient once he got there. Drop off was smooth with key box. Just frustrating that we rushed back to get there when they said we needed to be there by. Car itself was nice and clean and worked great.Reviewed 23 Jan. 2024

Pros:Drop off was terrible. 24 hours after drop off they still haven't closed the reservation and sent my receipt. I called literally 10 times yesterday and got the run around. I'm going to have to contact my credit card and dispute the charge until I hear from them because I'm sure they're going to try to charge me for an extra day.Reviewed 17 Dec. 2020

Oh HummCons:Billed me wrong. Upgraded to the nosiest SUV (Jeep Compass sounded like a helicopter). I had to call Budget customer service to correct billing error (counter rep "had no authority"). Other than that it was poor.Reviewed 8 Aug. 2018
