Pros:Crew was great. Space was good.
Cons:The seats are a bit old and worn, it was a uncomfortable after a little while.
Pros:That they let me sleep
Cons:They didn't wake me for the meal
Cons:headphone jack poorly working, wasnt offered a blanket until half way through the trip. THe boarding line at Piarco was not organized at all.
Pros:The flight attendants were really nice
Cons:Little bit stuffy and crowded
Pros:The flight left on time and arrived 5 minutes early. Caribbean Airlines has a great inflight magazine and the views of the islands on ascent and descent were great.
Cons:Very long line at security in PIARCO airport.
Pros:Food was great staff as well. ..first time flying with Caribbean airlines will definitely not be my last

Cons:The staff dus there job and just what was to be done. There was a lack if warmth and engagement. I asked for sherry after eating and was never aerved the drink. I did not ask again as i felt it was their responsibility to ensure optimum customer service. That's why i choise not to upgrade on my return flight to JFK. I must make special mention that my trip back to JFK on OCtober 16 was a 10/10 experince the male attendant a young Indian male made me feel i was his only passenger. He referred to me by name at all times and ensured that my needa were met, thats why i upgraded to business claas when i returned to Trinidad on Oct 22. Unfortunately the awrvice was not the same as i mentioned earlier. Rowan Reyes
