When i get there the girl tells me my card got decline, which its obvious i have money, tell her to run it again and same thing decline. My boyfriend gave me his card and she said"we will need to put everything under his name and you wont be able to drive the car" and we said fine. His card got accepted and signs the papers and we go outside to get ther car. We see the car it has several dents as soon as we open the car it smell bad like they left sea food in the car and the car was really dirty from the inside. Then we turn on the car it said maintenance required. We drove to san antonio and the wipers didn't work and they were scratching the window and the light for the wiper fluid turn on. I got charged for the car and i wasn't able to drive it and i never sign a paper saying i gave permission to get charged.4.4 Mediocre

I was on a trip and had to do a oil change on it so i call the rental co. They said it didn't need it but it was flashing lights and maintenance flashing had to pay out of pocket to get back .Enterprise Rent-A-Car
