Secondly, you make the customer go through all the trouble of getting the car in Cape Coral after you overcharge for the same car that I could have rented outside in Fort Myers. The car was clean and in great running condition.Cons:
When I booked this vehicle, I had set the pickup location to RSW Airport. The car was a 28 minute uber away from the airport, which cost me additional money. When I asked if I could return it to the airport, they said no. This required us to leave the hotel an hour earlier to get the car dropped off and get a ride to the airport before we left. The staff at Enterprise wasn't rude, but they weren't friendly either. I don't generally write bad reviews, but it was very irritating that I booked a vehicle to be picked up at the airport and was not informed that the location that they reserved was not at the airport. I put that fault on KAYAK and not Enterprise.10.0 Wonderful
