Upon arrival to pick up the car, there was no one at Hertz. My husband waited for over an hour. Once he got through on the phone, Hertz said they didn't even realize they had a booking for that day and told him that there was no car available for him. (Continued in next section)Cons:
After a half hour longer, they said they found a car for him, but wouldn't be delivered for 40 more minutes. This is completely unacceptable and would not recommend anyone work with this company in Constanta.Alamo
