Pros:
The car was clean (although, the car slightly smelled like the previous driver smoked) and comfortable. Drop off was smooth.Cons:
I paid for car insurance through Kayak and the Avis attendant asked if I had insurance, and I replied with a "yes." I was confused about the car insurance process and ended up paying at least twice as much as anticipated. The Avis attendant did NOT explain the insurance costs and that it was separate from Kayak's car insurance. Kayak states that the office is open Mon - Sat 8:00 am - 7:00 pm; although, the door stated that it was closed from 12-2pm. I had to wait around an additional hour to pick up the car. Luckily, I left my children with my husband to rent the car, but we got to our destination too late for what was planned.2.0 Poor

Pros:
Easy drop off. When we dropped off the car, the gentleman was telling us that the car should have been cleaned. That is not what we experience here in the US or for some of the European countries I have rented and driven- where after having to fill the tank, you don't have this extra demand. Thankfully- the gentleman was OK after I expressed my surprise and accepted the car as is!.Cons:
There were no gas stations close by- but that is not Budget's problem. Perhaps the City did not allow any stations close by. So we had to drive almost 5 miles out to get the tank filled up.2 locations in Fez
