My agreement for the rental was for 4 days unlimited mileage but when I returned it, I was charged for mileage after an allowed amount of mileage. Making it come up to about $475. To my confusion I don't understand how the contract was so different in charges compared to my initial reservation through kayak. The manager was able to bring it down to $167 but that still meant I paid $50 extra in fee for no reason. It was picked up and returned on time with full tank. But better read the fine prints when you get the contract because they won't tell you anything and it wasn't the same deal as I reserved it through kayak. I will never rent again at hertz regardless of price.10.0 Wonderful

The building is bland and dirty. Dropped the car off in another city and had billing issues. There was an extra one way charge for $50 that no one made mention of or was on my original reservation.
