I had the car reserved at 8 am but showed up late to pick it up. I was told that my car was no longer available. They offered me a very large car (nightmare in a tight parking garage) instead of the small one I had reserved. I understand a punishment for turning it in late...but aren’t I paying for it whether I pick it up on time or not? In the end, they gave me a small car and all was well.2.0 Poor

I rent an A segment class in Luxembourg. I knew they would charge me but I need it. Anyway. I got an Astra SW with everything. Well I know 80 euros including insurance are a lot but I got a lot of a car. 17K kilometers. Condition okCons:
