I thought all was well when I got on an earlier flight, but Dollar refused to change the time on my car reservation and I could not get the car when I arrived. They insisted I'd have to pay three times the price. After 45 minutes of assistants calling the headquarters and all sorts of other useless jazz, I gave up and rented from someone else.Avis

the car was new. it ran great. very gas efficient. friendly staff, especially when I ran late returning the car, due to weather delays.Cons:
I bought the additional insurance directly from the site and when I got to the rental car company they insisted I buy THEIR insurance. not only did I pay 40% for the insurance, the car wasn't even legally insured there. secondly, the rental car company was severely overbooked. when I got there, there was only one car left which they gave me. the car I rented online was supposed to be big enough for "two luggages" and they one I got barely fit one. I was lucky enought to leave with a car, as the person who came in behind me left very angry without one.keddy by Europcar
