The car I got was filthy I had to stop and clean the window because I could not even see out of it. The person behind the desk was less than personable at pickup At drop off I was literally less than 5 minutes past the drop off time and was charged a $10.00 late fee. I asked him to reverse it and was told "I can not, that is how the account is set up". I will NEVER rent from this AVIS again, or any AVIS for that matter if that is how they treat their customers.2.0 Poor
