courteous service at the desk; the offer of 74 cents per liter for the unused gas when gas is 92.9 cents...Cons:
the Kia cruise really struggled when climbing hills in north west Ontario on my way to Kenora. It would rev up incredibly and be very loud as it went up the hill. I ended up taking the cruise off.8.0 Very good

I clearly said I would put the rental on my personal credit card then pay with a work credit card when I returned the truck,they put the payment through immediately which creates a hassle.8.0 Very good

Pros:
At the airport, they told us there is a car for our booking in mid town. We took a taxi and went there. When we got there, the attendee told us that the car has been cancelled and we had to get a taxi back to the airport. The taxi fare cost us almost a car rental. We ended up to rent a car from a different rental agency. If the car was cancelled why they told us there is a car at a differet location wasting our time and money.Cons:
