It took several attempts to acquire roadside assistance for a flat tire, which was flat but still holding air when we picked up the vehicle. We were traveling, but were told we either have to return home or go to another facility which was far to get the tire changed. We got no help from the dealership where we rented the vehicle, and it took three attempts to finally get the help we needed.10.0 Wonderful

The rental cost me a great price, $24.98 and then they charged me $42.00 for gas. I asked at the office when picking up the rental if there were gas stations around the airport to refuel. I was told there plenty. News flash, not one gas station near the airport to refuel. They took advantage of my unfamiliarity of the Fort Lauderdale area. Their business practice was not honest and very unfair! Mind you, I only used a little more than 1/4 tank of gas in a Toyota Yaris.4.0 Mediocre
