Giving the car back and realizing we would never use them again.Cons:
They forced us to buy insurance even after I explained we didn't need it or want it. The excuse was "well, this is the only way to get you the upgrade." We didn't want an upgrade, only the car we had booked. We waited for almost an hour to pick up our car and there only 5 people in front of us. When we returned the car, Budget's line was over 3.5 hours long and counting. If you value your vacation time and money, don't rent from here.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
