Nothing on their end. I was unsure how it'd work with the shuttle and you could tell people that they'll show up just for you based on your time input upon reservation. The car itself was not good. When we asked if the car had 4 wheel drive we were told we would be fine without it without ever inquiring into where we were going-we could’ve used four wheel drive. While driving just along the highways themselves the car had difficulty maintaining speed and struggled at the slightest incline. The Bluetooth connection in the car was spotty at best; not to mention if you need to plug your phone in it wouldn’t play navigation from that phone anymore. If any of us had been traveling alone with this vehicle it would’ve been almost dangerous trying to read navigation from our phones the whole time. Having a good system for navigation on a rental car should absolutely be standard.10.0 Wonderful
