They didn’t have my reserved car available so I was given a sports car which was awesome. When they received a car, I had to go trade it. It was an unnecessary hassle. I booked a rental car. They didn't have it. They didn't have anything. They made excuses over two days and kept saying they were looking for something. Claimed they were ordering a truckload of vehicles but that they had no idea when they would arrive. I finally had to book a flight. They didn't even apologize or give me a discount if they would have found me another vehicle which would have been too small for what I needed anyways.10.0 Wonderful

Rented out the original car we reserved. Instead, Gave us a car that wouldn't hold air pressure and had some weird acceleration problem that felt like a slip in transmission,We had to change out cars half way through trip. The girl ( crystal, in ft Collins) was snotty and rude and told us she was doing us a favor by giving us a different car. Wached her argue with the customer before us too. To top it off, just found out they double charged our credit cards in witchita falls when we rented the car. What a huge pain this company has been. If you have any other choice, don't use budget.Cons:

Reserved a certain size of car online before flying in. Upon arrival I was informed that the reservations online didn't really hold any weight on whether or not I would get a car. They had one full size SUV available which was double the price of the vehicle I had "reserved." Not very happy with having to pay the price, but I guess i really didn't have a choice because I would have been stranded without it. Had I known this beforehand, I could have made the choice to not even bother with trying to do business with Budget.Easirent
