Good: close to airport, good breakfast selection, spacious and clean rooms. Can be improved: Need more frequent airport shuttles than every half hour and the shared shuttle with neighboring Sonesta Hotel too small during rush hours.

Pros:Great staff. Good transportation, room layout, breakfast.
Cons:Water pressure was a litle weak.
Cons:Parking charge. I requested an AARP discount and was told I had to request at the time of booking.
Pros:The hotel was clean and the room comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly.
Cons:I was very surprised and disappointed that there were no microwave ovens available for the guest. A staff member told me the only microwave was on the first floor but after I dressed and went to the lobby, I had to ask a member of the cleaning crew to warm my food because the microwave was in the hotel's kitchen. This was very inconvenient . We also didn't realize we had to pay $8 per day to park.
Pros:Nice breakfast. Having a bar and snacks available at night.
Pros:I enjoyed my stay. Comfortable room and good breakfast.
Cons:I didn't like that on the floor that I was staying smelt like cleaner. It was a very potent smell and was unpleasant going from the elevator to my room.
