Pros:Comfortable bed and great shower. Really enjoy the lobby area with very good happy hour specials.
Cons:The toilet kept running. This is the second time I've had that problem here. Thankfully staff fixed it promptly.

Pros:Best part were the comfort of the beds.
Cons:Disappointed in the size of the room. For a room with a king size bed it was very small. View was of a brick wall.. Someone also needs to clean the kitchen. We went to the brunch on Mother's Day. I saw the kitchen as we passed to go to the back room where the food was located. If I saw the kitchen before we made plans, we would have never eaten there. Filthy, absolutely filthy. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day...

Pros:I loved the bathroom. Very clean place with friendly staff. The large lobby was a great place to hang out and enjoy a drink.
Cons:Pillows were not very comfortable and the thermostat didn't cool the room down.

Pros:We were given a corner room on the top floor. It had all the amenities you could ask for. Luxurious but reasonably priced and right in the heart of the city.
Cons:Parking was a little odd. You had to park a block away and then when we went to leave, the $1 we were told we would pay was only good until 5:30 am..must've missed the fine print somewhere. So it cost a few more dollars to get out of the lot, mostly just inconvenient.

Pros:Everything was wonderful.The room was charming and so was the hotel itself in general.Folks in Colorado Springs have it good,the hotel has a beautiful views and really cozy beds,friendly staff and great food & drinks.Wonderful in every way. We fell in love with the giant windows too. Can't wait to go back.The parking situation is no big deal it's less than a block away and a dollar after 4pm then it's just a dollar or two extra if you leave after 9:00am.If you don't like that then you should pony up for valet it's very inexpensive if you campers it to places in the French Quarter or something like that.

Pros:Clean, attractive
Cons:Expensive with no real extras except WiFi. Parking was in a sketchy garage a block away for $1 or $18 valet. No coffee in the lobby and the coffee maker in our room was broken. No complimentary breakfast. For this price you can get a lot more elsewhere and in a safer location.
