Scheduled online. When I arrived, there were no cars available, and I had to wait approximately an hour for a car. The car was clean on the outside, but the inside had some spills that weren't wiped up and smelled like marijuana. No after hours drop off instructions were provided, closed at 6:00.2.8 Poor

The customer service at the rental place could of been a lot better. Having a truck available would of definitely been a plus. Not being frowned upon fir using a third party agency to book what should of been my rental. Having the truck I reserved or anything to accommodate the size of the vehicle I rented. Again the customer service sucked.Hertz

The vehicle was not cleaned inside or out. It had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke inside. The staff was not helpful at all and said that no other vehicle was available. I should have canceled and requested a refund!!Cons:
The paperwork clearly stated the vehicle was a no smoking vehicle AND that there is a $400 cleaning fee! I'd like to know if these clowns charged that to the previous renters!2.0 Poor

It was a surprise that on top of the payment I owed $80 in taxes. This negated the benefit of this transaction vs other reservations. Then, my flight arrived at 9PM. Hertz was closed. I could not get a rental car for one night as none were available so I had to Uber for $60 more. So not reserving here next time.Thrifty

Picking the car and reservation was easy and the customer service woman was awesome, if I had warning on the deposit this would have been an amazing experienceCons:
There was lack of information online about there being a double your cost deposit so I went unprepared and I live 30 min from the nearest pick up. If it would have been posted online that you'll need double your total in a deposit I would have gotten things prepared with my credit card. Ended up not getting the rental and cancelling plans to see family I haven't seen in 7 years.10.0 Wonderful
