Place is under construction, and it needs it. The rooms are just ok but the ac unit smells musky. Pool/pool area is in good condition. Price was fair for room.

Pros:From the moment we checked in we were treated like royalty. So genuinely friendly. The included full breakfast is awesome as we're the ribs in the attached restaurant. Book Now!!!

Pros:Overall nice stay. Did see a roach one morning in the bathroom. Otherwise good service. Nice staff. Clean heated pool. Nice waterfront and easy access to beach. Good happy hour. Neal at their restaurant, Traders, was awesome! Make sure you see Neal. Good food, had loaded fries and the ribeye and both were good.

Cons:We were originally put in a pool side room because the parking lot on the other side was being redone and the staff had concerns over noise. We were appreciative and understanding about the parking situation and immediately crashed for the night since we got in close to 2AM. The next day we enjoyed the pool with family who were also staying there. The following day, we woke up to the pool being drained. There were signs that indicated we could use other hotel's pools, but that barely seemed tempting since I prefer to be able to walk to the pool in my suit and then go right back to my room when done. I immediately checked to see if we had been given prior notice of the closure when I booked the room, since that might have changed our hotel decision. I only found one note that explained that the pool would be closed for maintenance but that it would be complete ONE MONTH before our arrival. I asked the front desk why there was a change, how long the pool would be closed, why we were not informed that the maintenance changed and actually impacted our stay. Long story short, all I got in return was again pointing out that I could use a different hotel's pool. I left feeling like I was paying for an amenity that I could not use and there was no apology for the inconvenience or lack of communication. I don't understand why we were put on one side of the hotel to avoid one partial night of construction (really it ended up just being painting the next morning) and were put on a side of the hotel to witness (and hear... the pump draining the pool woke us up) for the next 3 days of our stay.

Pros:Rooms were clean, available when we checked in, close to everything. Tiki Bartender Benson was awsom! Seperate parking for trailers and bikes. If it weren;t for the price I would stay in March for Bike Week.
Cons:Stayed at this hotel a month eariler and paid $60 less. I hate the price gouging during events.

Pros:Rooms were clean. Employees were very nice and helpful. Your on the ocean ,there's a huge pool ( salt water ). There is a restaurant , indoor bar and tiki bar at the pool. There is also a 7-11 across the street.

Pros:Very friendly and helpful staff. One of the most bike friendly places I have stayed. Close enough to Main Street but far enough away to enjoy some quiet.
Cons:I cannot think of anything to complain about Just a really good place to stay
