Overall a very good experience. Only problem was finding the drop off location at the Gare du Nîmes. No signage an lack of an exact address made finding the drop off location stressful.

There was no indication of when the office was open/closed on the reservation - the office was closed when we got there, we had to take multiple taxis to and from our hotel and then were charged the full amount for our car.
