Cons:
The car was dirty both outside and inside. Had to return because of low tire pressure. They did not have another similar car. Had to take that vehicle. Stay away.GREEN MOTION

The air conditioning in the lobby was not uncomfortable.Cons:
The fact they didn't honor my reservation for a convertible 16 days in advance. The convertible thing was a tradition my wife and I have had for years.The day after Thanksgiving we will rent a convertible and take the scenic route up the eastern coast of South Florida, enjoying the beach towns and the weather. When we arrived to pick up our car, the manager told us they didn't have one. When I asked to have them find an local Enterprise that did, she said there was none around. I asked if they had attempted to call me to inform me of this mistake they had made, and the manager mumbled that she had tried to call me an hour earlier. I checked my phone, and there was no call. She had lied. This will be the absolute last time I use Enterprise. They do not care for their customers. Period.2.0 Poor

Poor & Disgusting. When Landed the office was closed for Easter! How can you book customers when the office is closed.. I had to pay $60.00 in Taxi transfers for nothing... Kayak and Enterprise should refund this back to me.. Regards, Prakash8.0 Very good

I informed i was picking the car up at 6pm when i booked and neither kayak or hertz website informed me the location would be closing at 6.... i got there a little sfter 6 and could not get the car. I ended up having an additional cost of over $50 on three taxis because of thid. One from the airport to the location, then another one to my house and finally one the next morning going to the rental location to pick up the car. This is unacceptable. Kayak should inform the customers that pick up at the same time the store closes should not be allowed. Next time i will book dorectly with the rental company and bypass Kayak2.0 Poor

Ich habe ein Auto am Miami Airport bestellt. Als ich zum Hertz ging hatten sie keine Bestellung im Datenbank. Nach etwa 20 Minuten kam es heraus dass ich eigentlich gar nicht am Airport bestellt habe sondern in Doral... wer bitte sollte ein Auto in eine andere Stadtteil bestellen? Auf jeden Fall wenn ich es bei denen abhole kostet mir ja doppelt so viel +steuern und Versicherungen. Nachdem ich abgelehnt habe wurde mein Karte trotzdem belastet. Also finger weg!3.2 Poor
