Pros:
Overall, nice car & drop off was super easy. We paid for a full standard car and they provided a small SUV, which was appreciated. Price was way more of a value than picking up a rental from the airport.Cons:
A little confusing finding the Hertz desk - we didn’t realize it was located on the 3rd floor of the Marriott. Would recommend them adding Marriott hotels to the address line.2.0 Poor

Cons:
When arriving at Hertz at the Tampa airport, and waiting inline only to find my reservation was for another Hertz across town. Hertz moved my reservation to the airport location but I had to pay 3 times the amount. Pay attention to the rental address when you book!2.0 Poor

The staff was very helpful and the office was clean. They came out and helped me hook up my blue tooth when I asked. Very friendly.Cons:
My car was dirty and smelled pretty bad from a smoker. They did give it a quick wash for me, but the smell lasted for my whole trip.10.0 Wonderful
