Car was very dirty dog hair everywhere lots of sticky stuff around gear shift an windshield wiper switch was broken an it rained the hole time we had the vehicle #will never from that location again9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
I called about 10 AM to advise them I would be about an hour and a half late late picking up the vehicle. Instead of 12 it would be more like 1:30 or 2PM. My paper work said that thy closed at 1 PM however they had decided to close at 12 PM. I asked them if they could stay open until I got there but they would not stay past 1230. Considering that it was a ten day rental I would have thought they would be more accomadating. They weren't and I had no car until Tuesday when I got one from the Enterprize at the airport who provide excellent service and flexibility.Cons:

They promised me by email that the total amount was $379, but they charged me $479. I Called them and they agreed to fix it, and it has been one week, and still no refund. Bad customer experience.Avis

Guy while returning the car was in a bad mood. Shouted where to park, and then was just rude in general. Overall wont be dealing with this store again.4.8 Mediocre

Pros:
The guy working the counter was awesome. The old lady was rude, rushed, and in a panic with 3 customers there. She pre-allocated out the damage form and then got mad I didn't sign it before seeing the car. Then when I saw it there was two very noticible dents through the paint. The guy working the counter was awesome or I would have given the experience 1 star.Cons:
