Excellent value, polite helpful service!Pros:Compared to prices for airport car rental, this was about one third of the price! It meant travelling by Skytrain downtown, but well worth it. Staff were so helpful, upgraded my car, and gave good tips for returning it early at a different location to simplify my departure. Nissan Elantra was great on gas - had a great trip and no worries about car.Reviewed 16 Apr. 2018

Terrible rental experienceCons:I was told that I wouldn't have a car available for at least an hour past my reservation time. Then, they told me that they needed to drive me to another location to get a car. Then, that car was dirty and low on gas. I ended up not being able to make the meeting that I needed the car for on time, so returned the rental far ahead of when I was going to, but they still charged me. Absolutely awful experience. What's the point of renting a car if you can't pick it up when you need it?Reviewed 18 Mar. 2018

Hidden return spot and NO SIGNAGE!Pros:That I could drop the car downtown instead of the airportCons:That there were TINY signs in a multi level parkade to direct me to the drop off. I couldn't find the place and drove around and around. Finally I went down the wrong way when I saw a guy at a desk. He blamed the hotel and said they weren't allowed to post signs.
