Pros:The truck was nice and comfy. They were able to accommodate me with allowing me to drop off at a different location than where I picked it up from. Manger was very helpful.Cons:The tire pressure light came on as well as the oil and filter needs to be changed. If the filters had been changed it would have not cost me to fill up the truck so many times during my trip.Reviewed 27 Nov. 2018

Pros:The pricing was acceptable considering it was holiday season. The staff was efficient and eager to meet my vehicle needs.Cons:Confirmed with the location a week ahead of pickup to discuss vehicle needs and when I arrived for pickup vehicle was not present at the location. I had to be transported to another location for vehicle pickup and mileage was not adjusted to accommodate for being take to a location further away.Reviewed 3 Jan. 2017

Fast and AffordablePros:I rented an economy car for three days. It was a Hyundai Accent. The interior/exterior of the car was clean when I received it, even if not highly detailed. It's an economy car so it's utility over comfort but that's what I expected. Service was quick, friendly and without any hi pressure up- sell. The whole process was less than 15 minutes since I had a reservation. They had the car they promised. It was a positive experience. They offer after- hours drop- off.Reviewed 5 Dec. 2016
