Pros:Very upsetting experience. Between Kayak or the rental car place, they had the wrong information about my rental car drop-off. I ended up having to pay over $100 more on site because they didn't have the right information, and I obviously did not have any options since I was heading to the airport!Cons:Very upsetting experience. Cons:15 minutes after I got the booking confirmation I got a call from Enterprise stating that they do t have any cars available and were cancelling my reservation. Online fake booking system.Reviewed 25 Dec. 2020

Pros:Jay, the Enterprise agent, was terrific! He was professional, courteous, & ensured I was happy with the rental. The other agents in the office were equally pleasant.Cons:The car does not come with a full tank. This appears to be a cheap way of getting free gas as most people most likely give you more than they got.Reviewed 28 Nov. 2018

AwesomePros:I love everything about this company but most importantly I absolutely LOVE the fact that you can keep your original rate if you may need to extend your rental. Emergencies and changes of plan happen and keeping my rate at its original price really helped a lot. I think there are a lot of things that set this company apart from other rental companies, but that was by far the most brilliant idea they could have come up with and it definitely sets them apart. They're willingness to help and not take all of your money was refreshing as well. Every one was completely helpful at 15 tarrytown rd in White Plains. Thank you Enterprise!Reviewed 26 Aug. 2017
