It's not Europcar's fault, but actually Kayak's; it's hard to set Kayak up to see rates for renters who live in Denmark (there is a very different fee for Danish-based renters as for non-Danish renters), so there was some confusion when we tried to pick up the car.Reviewed 12 Feb. 2024
