Pros:
The whole experience was unhappy. The least they could have done, was call me to let me know that the car I rented, was not available. I had to find a ride all the way to the car rental agency, only to find that they did not have the car that I booked.Cons:

We never got the car, the location that you allowed us to reserve the car from was closed at the time we booked the car for. This was tge first time that I used your company, and I will never use your company again.6.8 Okay

However, I was booked and sold a pickup time at the closing time of the Enterprise agency office (6pm). This would not work--I called Entrprise and they said no way. I am glad I called, but sad that I was allowed to book an unmanageable time. I had to cancel.4.0 Mediocre

The car was dirty inside and out. The car smelled of smoke. The back tire left rim was dented and made toe tire look wobbly, so we had to stop and get it checked.Hertz

The drop off in Cleveland was great. They have a good system there.Cons:
The pick-up in Buffalo was awful. The pick-up location was downtown and we were unable to get the car because we didn't know that the location closed at 6pm. They called the location across the street from the airport which we thought were going to wait for us and then we got there at 6:03 and no one was around. So we had to walk back to the airport location which wouldn't honor the price that we had booked for at the other locations and had to pay a $100+ more for a smaller car. Not to mention their desk representatives were not helpful. One of them even took a break right as the line was growing and refused to help out.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Hello, after a bad flight experience and going through the canceled flight experience with United, the rental car experience was a true experience of how old school customer service showed its face. I found out my car rental was booked in downtown and not the airport. Debbie listened to me and quickly called to get approval from her manager to pick up the reservation at the airport. She was awesome!! Give this woman a big promotion and raise!!10.0 Wonderful
