Pros:clean, bed was comfy.
Cons:We booked here thinking we were getting a good deal compared to the last time we stayed in Getafe but it kind of wasn't. When it comes to basics, yes they were good but based on the little extras I wouldn't stay there again. We could never get the AC to work in the room and when we opened the window, the outside traffic was too loud to keep it open for long. We had a fridge in the room but no minibar to purchase. And that usually wouldn't bother me but we were so thirsty in the middle of the night and I had to go down to the lobby to ask if they had anything available. I put the do not disturb sign on the door before we left for the day and when we returned, the maid had entered and cleaned everything. Again, appreciated but we had left our stuff everywhere and what's the point of putting that on the door then. There was no safe in the room. Also, not close to any means of transportation. You'd have to take a bus or taxi to get you to the closest metro or train station which isn't within walking distance.
