Pros:
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made me feel like they cared about my experience. The car was clean and nice, and pickup and dropoff went smoothly.Cons:
The only odd part of the experience was not receiving a full tank of gas with the car. The tank was at 1/2, and the clerk told me to return the car with the same amount. I had to do a bit of math to make sure I hit the 1/2 mark at the end of my travels; it would have been much simpler to return the car with a full tank though.10.0 Wonderful

Your insurance co.is working very bed . Change something !!! I discovered almost on the end of my trip that I don't have insurance. In the agreement I purchase insurance from you and I didn't buy the insurance again from Entreprise. Your insurance Co. sent me a e-mail to contact them . Who is checking e-mails when you rent a car and you are driving almost all day long ? With respect, Simon LiveanuAvis

Pros:
I was running late for my reservation and called in. The man who answered (and was at the front counter) was polite and accommodating ensuring I would be able to still rent the vehicle before the place closed for the day. The pick up was thorough and swift. The car itself over-delivered with more bells and whistles than I could have asked. Reversing camera and water sensing windshield wipers were impressive. It was convenient that there is a gas station on the opposite side of the street and the car itself did not use too much gas for the distance we travelled.Cons:
The drop off was a bit more difficult as the way to get up onto the parking platform was confusing to me since it was raised from the main street. The general area is also fairly difficult to maneuver and the time of day made it worse with traffic.Budget

Cons:
The reservation of a small car was confirmed online even though at the location there were only pick-up trucks. So I had to take one, and it's very cumbersome with terrible mileage. I wish the online booking worked more accurately with what is really available at a specific location.FLEET
