Pros:Easy to drop off but...Cons:I did not like that when I returned the car in Innsbruck no one was at the counter and every other car rental outfit had a representative there. Hertz said they were open till 6pm, I was there just after 5pm (and my rental wasn't due until 9pm). Would be much nicer to check out with a person.Reviewed 7 Feb. 2018
