Cons:There was no hand soap in the bathroom. This is the only hotel i have come across till today in my thirty five years of business travelling, that has no soap to wash hands. My flight got delayed by a whole day, requested not to charge for first day but refused to refund for that. I was supposed to reach on 15 evening and called them on 14th night West coast time .

Cons:I visited for New Year and around that time the weather was cold and there is no heating system in the room. They sent an extra blanket and the blanket was the type of which is used by labors. The staff are also very rude. Visited a lot of places around the world but never seen such rude people. If possible, this hotel should be avoided.
