Pros:It is in a very good location. Close to transportation, walkable to temple market, jade market etc. Staff was okay.
Cons:The first room they gave us was in poor condition and smelled badly. Our second room was in good condition but unfortunately I didn't notice the peculiar and awful smell that seemed to come from the bathroom until later -- when I went to bed. It permeated the whole room until I closed the bathroom door. This was my solution to this problem for the rest of my stay as I did not see mold or mildew in the bathroom and could not figure out where this awful smell was coming from. Closing the bathroom door helped. NB: this smell was also present in the first room we had so I wonder if there is a circulation problem and mold and mildew has gotten into some of the ducts. My friends replacement rooms did not have this smell but their first rooms did.

Pros:The hotel upgraded my room for free upon arrival. They gave me a larger room, which was a comfortable size granted that this was in Hong Kong. The location is fantastic, I was only 2 blocks away from Temple Street. The location is really right in between Tsim Sha Tsui and Yau Ma Tei, aka Jordan. They also had a small gym but comes with everything you need. Overall, it's a small hotel but definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed in Hong Kong. I recommend it.
Cons:The staff was ok. They did their job but it didn't feel like they would go out of their way to help you out.

Pros:Staff attentiveness and housekeeping were very nice. Helped me on all my questions. Cleaned my room when I needed it by noon. Hotel location is very nice, close to all public transportation - bus, MTR, taxi, and so on. Good value for the hotel price.
Cons:Closet space was a bit cramped but it did not discourage my stay at the hotel.
