Great location on the island. We thought the staff were great and went above and beyond when our son had lost his stuffed dinosaur and they gave him a soft turtle to take home as a gift. Really made his day. Would really recommend this place for families.

Pros:Building 4 is the place to be!! The others not so much!!
Cons:Make sure your reviving the actually have your booking!! After having booked 6 months in advance they did not have our bookings and it took 4 hours at the reception to fix their issues

Pros:Overall, I thought the hotel was nice. The location was right in the middle of the area we wanted to be and on the water, and the drinks and food the couple times we ate at the hotel seemed to be right where we expected.
Cons:Obviously, price could always be better on drinks, but when you are on vacation... it is what you assume.

Pros:Black rock beach is pretty nice, with good snorkeling. Rooms are good-sized.
Cons:Rooms not as clean as we would like. Bed only so-so. Pool was overcrowded. Restaurants overpriced. "Resort fee" and daily charges even for self-parking.

Pros:Staff was exceptionally helpful, even trying to assist with a rental car issue. We had a "garden view" which still had some partial views from the balcony, but only had one chair and not a lot of room for more. Location was great as there were several off premises dining options.
Cons:The hotel no longer has a beach, so getting a chair on the beach was not an option. Snorkeling at black rock was fair, as the fish life was not abundant and it was crowded. Drinks were inconsistent, with great descriptions but no balance.
