Pros:
The gentlemen working the desk did a good job of making sure I left the pickup location happy.Cons:
The truck I requested was not there at my scheduled pickup time and was told it would be at least four hours before it might arrive. The car I ended up getting was dirty, as were all the cars on the lot. Fourth-five minutes into my drive the low oil light came on and when I stopped to check it it was a quart low. Last thing was I rented the SunPass and after a quick search was able to locate it in the bottom of the glove box but it would not stick to the window so I had to lay it up in the dash. I’m hoping all the toll stations picked up on it so I don’t get toll by plate charges10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Kayak allowed me to make a reservation at 9am and when I showed up at 9;30 the distributor had 0 cars to give me and said I’d have to wait until 1pm. The connection between Kayak and the distributor should definitely be tighter and NOT allow for reservations to be made when no cars are available. Luckily another customer returned a car 45 min later that I was able to take but that system is totally flawed.8.4 Very good

Pros:
The guy didn’t go i ok we very much, I wasn’t aware that i you you could return the car without a full tank of gas so I was disappointed that we had to stop and get gas after picking up the car. I also would have like them to vacuum out the car before I received it.Cons:

They were not open when they were supposed to be and when I was scheduled to pick up my car. I waited an hour and nobody ever arrived to open the store on a Friday morning. We called every Avis customer service line that we could find and nobody could help us. Ultimately I had to go find another car rental place and rent a different car, at obviously a significantly higher rate because it was last minute. Horrible experience that almost ruined my vacation.6.0 Okay

I specifically asked about bringing it back early .but perhaps 2 hours after pick up time. Was told it would be "a bit more." I was charged for an additional 24 hours. When I complanned, he suggested I keep the car longer, since I had to pay for it anyway!10.0 Wonderful

Car was not available at requested time. Car was not available 4 hours after pick up time. Agent was defensive and combative rather than contrite and apologetic. Car was dirty. Management was not responsive.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
I was given an upgraded vehicle at no extra charge. This was because they did not have my reserved vehicle on the lot.Cons:
I think that the lot was far busier than expected and it caused some logistical problems. They only had one gentlemen cleaning all of the cars, so that caused some issues with being able to turn the cars over in a timely manner.2.0 Poor

While it was advertised that the Enterprise location was available for pickup on Sunday from 9 am -1 pm, this was not the case, and I was unable to make my planned trip because of it9.6 Wonderful

we booked a car 24 hours in advance, got confirmation, and the one hour before pickup got a call saying they had NO vehicles available...we are done with enterprise key largo.Cons:
the representative was absolutely useless in answering questions about our other options and his supervisor never followed up on our issue.8.8 Very good
