The office was so busy and maybe understaffed but the employee that helped us was working so hard and doing his best to help everyone even though we were all getting grumpy because it was taking longer than we hoped.8.4 Very good

The car was fine. We had good service from John Froehm (spelling may be wrong) at the airport enterprise after we ended up at a rental location that wasnt' anywhere near where we wanted to be. We were thankful that there was another car that they were able to give us at the location that we wanted. John was very helpful.Cons:
Kayak did not seem to be upfront about the fact that the car we ordered was not anywhere near the airport. This almost became a problem for us but the airport rental place was able to work with us and help us out.8.8 Very good

Very friendly staff at both locations. I liked that there was a courtesy call too to ask how it was. The car was very comfortable and great overall, but the back window was near impossible to see out of. Looking forward to renting again.Cons:
