Cons:
Customer service was atrocious - initially did not have any cars and wanted to ultimately charge us more for the car that was available, wanted to charge us to change our drop off location although our original location was closed. Our first car was defective and required an exchange.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
My first time renting a car...EVER :) I got there right at noon. The car was ready to go. Costumer service was great- very friendly, and professional. The car was a Nissan Versa- although it's a small car, it was pretty roomy inside. Very clean. I will definitely be renting through Kayak again.Cons:
It's not a big deal, but the car had less then a 1/4 tank of gas. Not sure if that's common. Again, first time renting a car.Avis

I booked online on the website. When arrived at rental center the cat was unavailable and no free alternative was proposed to me. Would have appreciated a phone call. I did actually call but of course no one picked up!!! Overall I paid more than twice the online quote. Furthermore they did not accept my international visa card which includes insurance. Very poor service. Service extremely slow and printer was broken.10.0 Wonderful
