Cons:The little things add up The TV remote did not work. No Maintenance staff on call on a Saturday night to help with that. The sink had a big crack in it. The extra blanket had a cigarette burn in it. The lobby hot water for the free hot tea... was actually not even tepid. A 1 dollar switch plate in the room was broken and a part of it totally broken off.. that should have been an instant fix for a top hotel. . The Jacuzzi was cold in the am. Maintenance needs to be funded to do the job to keep the place spruced up For the price, the management and staff should take care to upgrade the hotel. And Oh, Kayak ad said 131 total price.. but the fee ended up being 144 , so don't believe the ads on Kayak.
Pros:The hotel is just a few miles from the beach and nearby local stores and a mall. Our room was neat and the showers and bathroom were very clean. Front desk Eric was excellent and responded to requests immediately. Kevin the maintenance guy was friendly and professional (super attractive too).
Cons:Water pressure was low. Out TV remote wouldn't work and maintenance was able to ppwernir up but we were stuck with the TV at one loud volume. Facilities are neat but crammed with rooms too close to the pool. No refrigerator or microwave to keep leftovers in.

Cons:The towels, sheets, and overall cleanliness was just horrible. Our towels had crusted brown stuff on them, sheets had black marks and the comforter in a non smoking room had cigarette burns and smelt of smoke. The walls had holes in them and the upkeep of the property was obviously not a priority.

Cons:I reserved a non smoking room with a KING bed. I did not like that the room we were checked into smelled strongly of paint fumes. When I asked the clerk if she could change our room she booked us into room 226. This was a smoking room with only a full sized bed. When I spoke to the clerk about how usually I was with the room change, I was there was nothing they could do about it since I booked through a third party. I was very displeased with the staff and the lack of accommodation.

Pros:The room was clean and the desk workers were courteous.
Cons:The hotel shuttle only runs until 8 pm so we had to take a cab from the airport after our flight arrived at 10:30. The continental breakfast was also on the skimpy side
