the car was good, clean and relatively new.Cons:
the pricing policy is complete trash. i booked a car for approx. USD200 and ended up more than USD500, including all the fees, insurances, and surprise costs. Futhermore, I have been billed above the contractual fee, although I have returned the car undamaged, with very limited used kilometers (it was unlimited anyway), and a full tank. I'm going for file a formal complaint to recover these additional costs!9.6 Wonderful

Helpful that the "Boss" of the rental agency did not park her personal car in front of my rental spot, forcing me to call and wait and wait and wait until she had the time to come and move her car allowing me to go on my trip 15 minutes later. There is no excuse for that, as well as for her nonchalant attitude.5.6 Fair

The car was clean. Everything else was hopeless.Cons:
A very slow line to pick up the car. There was no way to book winter tires in advance, so the price doubled when we got there. Unpleasant staff. The insurance excess was €25000. You were forces to sign the contract, including the inspection verifying the car was ok before you got to see the car.Hertz

The person who gave me the car was extremely rude! I bought insurance for the car online when I booked, yet she repeatedly told me that I was unprotected and made me feel like I did not have adequate protection when I did. I also would have appreciated knowing a few things about the car that no one told me about.5.6 Fair

No windshield washer fluid, was a real problem driving in bad weather on the highway. I guess that's something I assumed would be there. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. Service not nearly as helpful as usual. In the past we have made an effort to rent from Hertz because of the extra effort they have made at this location. This time they made out the whole contract and we were about to sign when we noticed it was 300 € over our reservation price. Had to re-do. Price was already about 50% higher than what we usually pay at this location (Geneva airport, French sector) Also, we seemed to remember always getting snow tires in the winter as part of the standard package. Apparently not.2.0 Poor

They gave us the wrong snow chains, which didn't fit the tires of the car. We had to call a very expensive cab to get us to the hotel from the foot of the mountain.Rent Occasion
